1. Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

2. Return Process

Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may already be processing or shipped, and standard return procedures will apply.

We will cover all costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
